Pinelands Dojo is KUSHIDO's newest dojo in Cape Town, established in June 2015 and is run by sensei Rijk de Jamaer (4th dan). Both Tai Chi Chuan and Karate-Do are taught two nights a week to anyone who wants a class of fun, progress and discipline.

Plumstead Dojo was founded in 1973, one of the first Karate dojos in the Cape peninsula. It has consistently produced martial artists of the highest standard and was headed by Shihan Lawrence Milward-Bridges from 1998 till 2009.
